Contracts submitted after Dec. 7, 2012 must be accompanied by full payment. If full payment is not received at time of submission, the American Association of School Administrators shall have the right to retain the deposit as liquidated damages and cancel the booth reservation.

Booth Rates After Dec. 7, 2012:

$1,600 per 10' x 10' inline booth $1,800 per 10' x 10' corner or island booth

ExpoSuite Rates:
ExpoSuite rates include rental of furniture and floor covering.

$2,000 for duration of the conference
