The sold-out exhibit hall at AASA 2026 National Conference on Education in Nashville, Tenn., is the largest in the organization’s history with more exhibitors than ever.

With 353 exhibitors and a total of 497 booths, the 2026 NCE Exhibit Hall in the Music City Center will offer NCE attendees the chance to speak to representatives from myriad companies that offer services ranging from school safety to student meals.

The hall will be open on Thursday, February 12 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and Friday, February 13 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Annual offerings such as the AASA Bookstore, including the AASA Advocacy Action Center, the Health & Wellness Center and the Social Media Lounge will return this year, open during all exhibit hall hours. However, there will be no School Safety Learning Lab in 2026.

The Knowledge Exchange Theater (KET), where several Thought Leader sessions will take place, is located at Booth #1255. Concession stands will be open for lunch behind Booth #552, near the KET. Additionally, there will be two School of the Future theatres this year, located at Booths #523 and #1209. Here, attendees can hear exhibitors give in-depth presentations on their products and services.

There will be more roundtables in the exhibit hall this year; each time slot will feature 36 presentations.

Blessings in a Backpack, the annual bag stuffing that helps provide food for elementary students, will take place at Booth #1555.
