AASA is committed to ensuring proper health and safety measures are in place at the 2022 National Conference on Education, February 17–19, in Nashville, TN.

The association has closely followed the official guidance and information related to COVID-19 and recent variants. Our COVID-19 event policy is in consideration of the health and safety of those who will be attending.

Registrants/Presenters/Exhibitors/Vendors

All conference participants and guests (including registrants, spouses/partners, presenters, exhibitors and vendors) will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated OR a negative COVID-19 test to attend any official conference event (including receptions, graduations, general sessions, exhibit hall, etc.).

People are considered fully vaccinated:
Those who are not fully vaccinated must show:
Test results must clearly show the date and time of the test. Home tests are not accepted.

Guests/Spouses/Partners

Vaccine Verification and Test Verification

AASA is contracted with CLEAR Health Pass to conduct vaccine verification for conference participants. All conference participants (including registrants, guests, presenters, exhibitors, and vendors) must take the below steps.

If you will be providing a test 72 hours out: Test results must be added in the 72-hour time frame from check-in onsite with a clearly labeled date and time on them.
