As we contemplate the upcoming sessions, the powerful learning opportunities, the relationships to craft and rekindle, it is hard to maintain that precious quiet time for reflection. I increasingly find it challenging to find the space (make the space) for creative thinking and reflection. I am looking forward to the opportunity to be out of my normal habitat and routine as I disrupt my own best thinking for a few days. š I look forward to seeing this work through other eyes and feeling this work through other experiences than mine. I recently read that superintendents account for only 1 in 20,000 people across the country. These jobs are by their nature a bit isolating at times, which is part of why this conference experience is so integral to our collective reflective work. Together, all things are possibleā¦.
