The recipients of the 2020 Helping Kids Mini-Grants, a program funded by AASA through a partnership with Sourcewell, were recognized at the AASA national conference in San Diego.

The grants have been increased to $70,000 to help school systems serve families with needs in areas such as clothing, medical and dental care, eyeglasses, prescriptions, food, shelter and related supplies.

Sourcewell is AASA’s premier School Solutions Center partner. Since 2012, AASA and Sourcewell have worked together to offer the mini-grants, which can be used by school systems to address immediate needs that directly impact students.
