As with many things over the last 2 years, in-person collaboration and learning have taken a back seat to the virtual world. As we prepare to ascend on Nashville this week to rekindle learning from one another and sharpen our skills, I am looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. This will be my first AASA conference and I have heard nothing but great things. This event is our opportunity to come together from all over the country and share our expertise with each other to improve our own individual skills and school communities.
