As excited as I am to visit San Diego once again, to see the ocean, visit downtown, and enjoy the great shopping and food the City has to offer, I'm even more excited for the learning opportunities that #NCE affords me as a Superintendent of a medium sized district in Arizona.

As I plan my #NCE2024 conference schedule, networking opportunities, and visits to the vendor hall, I do so with my Union ESD strategic plan in mind, looking for strategies to 1) improve student academic growth and achievement; 2) enhance student well-being; 3) retain and recruit high-quality caring adults; and 4) be an excellent steward of our district resources, so that our students are inspired with hope and empowered to courageously pursue their goals and dreams.

I can count on #AASA #NCE2024 to create engaging and informative sessions presented by like-minded colleagues, researchers, collaborators, and providers, who can help us reach our goals.

This weekend I will be reviewing the #NCE2024 program and selecting offerings, and connecting with colleagues, that inspire and empower me to be strategic with my time and energy. I look forward to sharing my plans and connections with you throughout the conference. See you in San Diego!
