The conference bookstore, sponsored by Sourcewell, will return for the 2024 National Conference on Education in San Diego. For the first time, the store will be located inside the Exhibit Hall at booth 1428, adjacent to the Social Media Lounge.

The reformulated store will stock a select list of 30 book titles at a discounted rate for conference attendees, including When You Wonder, You're Learning: Mister Rogers' Enduring Lessons for Raising Creative, Curious, Caring Kids by Gregg Behr and Ryan Rydzewski. Nineteen of the selected titles were authored or co-authored by AASA members.

Behr, who serves as the keynote speaker at the 3rd General Session on Feb. 17, will have a book signing at noon, immediately following his speech.

The bookstore will offer the opportunity to submit online orders for books published by Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, a major publisher of educational leadership titles.

Additionally, AASA-branded merchandise will be on sale at the bookstore, including half-zip fleece sweaters, dri-fit polo shirts, golf hats and more.

Also new this year, the store will have a membership desk, where attendees can speak with AASA staff to sign up for an AASA membership or ask questions about their existing membership.

When the Exhibit Hall is not operating, a satellite bookstore location will be available near conference registration. The satellite bookstore will be open on Feb. 14 from 2–5 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.-noon on Feb. 17. Behr’s book signing will take place at the satellite location.
