Mia Murphy, executive director of North Carolina Virtual Public School, illustrated how school leaders have the ability to build diverse, flexible and thriving virtual learning programs. In her roundtable presentation Thursday morning titled “A Toolkit for Building Thriving and Sustainable Virtual Learning Programs,” she explained some strategies for how educators can feel more equipped in fostering successful and sustainable virtual environments.
