In his session Saturday morning, Jermaine White, assistant superintendent of student support services for Harnett County Schools in North Carolina, discussed the importance of high-impact tutoring and its positive outcomes for students. He explains how his school district administered a new tutoring program that takes the burden off of the teachers while focusing on providing high quality instruction to students. He identifies ways to implement this program without using district staff and resources.
