Every year, hundreds of exhibitors gather at AASA’s National Conference on Education to share their latest products and services with attendees.

This year’s lineup in New Orleans is no exception. With 333 exhibiting companies and non-profit organizations in the sold-out 127,000 square-foot exhibit hall, anyone present at NCE 2025 can speak with representatives for every field, from mental healthcare to college and career readiness, from music education to AI chatbots.

The 2025 NCE Exhibit Hall in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center will be open Thursday, March 6 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and Friday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. To view the full interactive floorplan, visit https://smithbucklin.expocad.com/Events/25aasa/index.html#floorplan.

Several offerings of the exhibit hall will return in 2025. School of the Future, an area where exhibitors can give short presentations on their services, will be located at Booth 745. The Live Well. Lead Well. Health & Wellness Center will be located at Booth 461.

Find the Social Media Lounge, which will host several presentations and a reception, at Booth 425, the School Safety & Security Learning Lab, in its second year at NCE, at Booth 137 and the Knowledge Exchange Theater, where Thought Leader sessions will take place, at Booth 173.

One new area in the exhibit hall is the AASA Advocacy Action Center, located at the AASA Bookstore at Booth 419. The Advocacy Action Center will be staffed by multiple members of AASA’S advocacy and governance team when the exhibit hall is open, aside from 12:45-1:45 p.m. Friday. There, attendees can ask AASA staff any policy questions they may have, send pre-generated emails to their representatives in Congress and learn more about joining the National Advocacy Network.

The bookstore will operate a satellite location in the conference registration area in the Hall E lobby during registration hours.

The yearly Blessings in a Backpack stuffing will take place in the foyer of Hall D this year. Concessions will be available in the foyer of Hall C.
