Exhibit Costs

$1,950 per virtual booth

Basic virtual booth package includes:

  • One (1) full conference registration for access to all sessions within NCE’s virtual experience
  • One (1) booth on the virtual show floor featuring a variety of branding options
  • Company logo within virtual booth
  • Company description (300 characters or less)
  • “Request Information” button for attendees to contact you for additional information
  • One (1) weblink/URL to list within virtual booth
  • One (1) product category listing
  • Lead Retrieval — There will be 3 different ways your company will receive attendee information: Attendee Impression Tracking (who visited your booth), “Request Information” button and your “Like” button (so you can see which attendees liked your booth the most)
  • Private Appointment Video Chat Feature — Easily set up meetings with attendees throughout the show including outside of designated show hours to maximize your schedule during the virtual experience.
  • Upload up to 6 different PDF files for attendees to view within your booth
  • Banner graphic to be placed at the top of your booth
